Important Notice
This is a wellness coaching service, not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. The AI coaching companion provides supportive conversations and wellness guidance between sessions with your wellness coach. It does not diagnose, treat, or provide clinical advice.
This service is not a HIPAA-covered entity. We do not provide medical,
psychiatric, or psychotherapy services. If you need clinical mental health care, please
consult a licensed therapist or healthcare provider.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact emergency services (911)
or the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988) immediately.
Data Handling
- Your conversations are stored in a secured database with encrypted connections
- API keys and sensitive credentials are encrypted at rest
- Your wellness coach has access to review your conversations to provide better guidance
- AI responses are generated by third-party services (see below) using your conversation content
- You can request deletion of your account and data by contacting your coach. See our Privacy Policy for details on data retention and your rights.
Third-Party Services
Your data may be processed by the following services to provide the coaching experience:
- Anthropic (Claude) — AI conversation generation
- Google (Gemini) — AI conversation generation (alternate provider)
- OpenAI (Whisper) — Voice-to-text transcription
- ElevenLabs — Text-to-speech voice synthesis
- Fish Audio — Text-to-speech voice synthesis (alternate provider)
- Google OAuth — Authentication and sign-in
- Google Calendar — Appointment scheduling and reminders
- Sentry — Error tracking and application monitoring (no conversation content)
Your Rights
- You may request a copy of your data at any time
- You may request deletion of your account and associated data
- You may withdraw consent and stop using the service at any time
