- Conversation content: Messages exchanged with the AI coaching companion, including text and voice transcriptions
- Appointment data: Scheduling information, session notes, and calendar events

- To provide AI-assisted wellness coaching conversations
- To allow your wellness coach to review conversations and provide guidance

Third-Party Services
Your data is processed by the following third-party services to provide the coaching experience:
- Anthropic (Claude) — AI conversation generation
- Google (Gemini) — AI conversation generation
- OpenAI (Whisper) — Voice-to-text transcription
- ElevenLabs — Text-to-speech voice synthesis
- Fish Audio — Text-to-speech voice synthesis
- Google — Authentication (OAuth) and calendar integration
- Sentry — Error tracking (no conversation content is sent)
Each of these services has their own privacy policies governing how they process data. We recommend reviewing their policies for additional details.
Data Retention
Your conversations and account data are retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting your wellness coach.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data via the data export feature
- Delete your account and associated data
- Withdraw consent and stop using the service at any time

Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), encrypted credential storage, and secure authentication. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
Not a HIPAA-Covered Service
This is a wellness coaching service, not a medical or mental health treatment service. We are not a HIPAA-covered entity. If you need clinical mental health care, please consult a licensed therapist or healthcare provider.
