This platform provides AI-assisted wellness coaching as a supplement to sessions with Dr. Dana Girard. The AI coaching companion is designed to provide supportive conversations and wellness guidance between coaching sessions.

This is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. The AI coaching companion does not diagnose, treat, or provide clinical advice. AI-generated responses may not always be accurate or appropriate for your situation.

This service is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment
AI responses are generated by automated systems and may contain errors
In a crisis, contact emergency services (911) or the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline
Your wellness coach reviews conversations but does not monitor them in real-time

User Responsibilities

Provide accurate information when creating your account
Keep your account credentials secure
Use the service for its intended purpose of wellness support
Do not use the service as a replacement for emergency or clinical care
Do not attempt to misuse, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the service

AI-Generated Content

The AI coaching companion generates responses based on your input and configured coaching guidance. These responses are:

Subject to review by your wellness coach
Generated using third-party AI services (see our Privacy Policy for details)

Account Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting your wellness coach. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used in ways that could harm other users or the service.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dr. Dana Girard and the service operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this service, including but not limited to reliance on AI-generated content.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
